Official "Things that are Broken" thread

As you can see, we have a new look. There are pronanly a lot of little things that are broken. If you come across any in the forums or anyplace else on the site, please leave a comment here with an explanation and link to what is broken so Nate can fix it. Greatly appreciated.

In the blogs, I noticed the breaks/spaces between paragraphs no longer exist. Also, noticed at the header of the blog homepage, it says 'welcome creditcardfree' and something is in paratheses underneath, but it is not visible. Oh...went back to it. It seems to be a button to logout, which I only found out by clicking on it.

This is going to take some getting used to! It looks pretty good though.

Any suggestions are welcome and I have already implemented a few. Any errors or problems that have been reported here and in the blogs should be fixed now. Let me know if you see anything else.

Edit: If you are still having problems in the blog area with login issues, try logging out using the link at the top of this page and logging back in.

On my personal blog homepage there were links from there to add a new entry, go to the control panel and something else that I now can't remember. Those are not available. Right now it just says login or start a blog....and I'm already logged in!

Logout of the site and back in. That will fix it. Let me know.

That should be fixed now. Make sure you choose 'remember me' option when logging in.

Yes, this is fixed. I logged out. I also logged in several times before I realized I was already logged in. At the top off the forum home page and blog home page, it still says 'Join Now' or 'Log in'....so I didn't realize I was still logged in. So, that may need to be corrected to eliminate confusion. I do see where it says 'welcome creditcardfree' about an inch or so below now, but only on the forum page. On the blog home page, it is not clear that I'm logged in. Earlier today, it showed a tab for My Blog when I was logged in. I'm not seeing that now.

Thanks for making the changes I suggested in my email. I see a lot of the links that were broken are now working and the posts have retained the format, especially the spacing.

Any links not working, errors or any other issues, please list them here. We are working on the ones that we are aware of, but there are still likely others out there that we don't know about. Thank you for you patience as we clean things up.

I just tried to check my blog statistics and it took me to a link that said I was already registered as creditcardfree.

Hello

When in my own blog, there is no edit button on my entries. There is an edit button when the entry is in the lineup, but that doesnt' work. Can we get an edit button for those of us who make mistakes on our entry and want to correct it or add to it.

I am not able to make a new entry on the blogs. I click on it and then I am redirected to the forums. The message states that I am logged in under another user name which I use for the forums. I already tried logging out and back in. Please advise.
