  • Peapod?

Anyone have any experience with ordering their groceries from Peapod? I'm assuming it's more expensive but I've heard there are several coupons to use online. What do you guys think?

We have had good experience with them. The one major concern is that they often pick veggies or fruit that is not ripe or over ripe and we can't est. We call them and they have given us credit each time.

Ordered from Peapod all the time when I lived in Connecticut. Wish we had a similar service here in Georgia.

I used to use Peapod a lot for stocking up on non-perishables like rice, flour, pasta, canned goods, frozen vegetables, etc. Would do the fresh fruits and vegetables at farmers market, our little garden, and the local small groceries (I live in a city, we have lots of little food markets around, but I need to drive to the suburbs for supermarkets). I stopped using them eventually, mostly because I just decided that it was better value to drive myself to the market every 3 weeks or so to restock on things. No complaints about peapod, except that some of the ethnic foods we buy were not available.
