Anybody else here have a Redneck account and use the "online update" feature in Quicken? Have you had success?
I opened a Redneck account last month, and want to have Quicken download transactions just like it does for all my other accounts, but an error results when it tries. I've contacted Redneck through their online chat, but those folks seem to be completely clueless about how this process works, so they've been useless.
If they (Redneck) don't support this interaction w/ Quicken, that's fine. I just want to know if I can stop beating my head against the wall.
