Wow. It's gorgeous. The perfect balance of dependability, practicality and luxury.

    But Suze Orman would say...DEEEENIED.

    Wah.

I agree completely. The new Accords are excellent cars IMO -- in fact, for a while I tried to convince my mom to get one when she was needing to get a new car (her preference for Volvo's prevailed though).

Personally, I think it looks like they forgot to paint it. One of our absolute rules when car shopping is nothing black, white or silver/gray. I want my car to be some color - blue, red, green, etc. I'll never understand why these are so popular.

          * Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.
          * Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?

I'm on my 2nd silver in a row; Fiance's on her 3rd. We love silver! It's always sleek & modern looking & hides dirt better than just about any color but camo!

Now, I do love a clean, sharp RED car, & I also like BLACK, but both look dirty too fast, & black here in FL ... Fugget about it!

I love silver too...my bmw is silver...it's sleep and classic looking. I also love black and white. It's all about preference.

All car pricing is negotiable! Start checking prices on-line, dealership and private sellers...even out of state to get a firm idea on price range. Offer your car for sale on Kijji or popular free list in your area to see what offers you get.
You might not get the particular Accord pictured but you might find yourself a great deal! At least it's a great challenge and a learning experience.

Both are nice cars, but I prefer the first one personally

Kara, are you actually in the market to buy or just window shopping right now?

                          Car

According to the research, the new color being promoted for cars is brown, often called Mahogany http://www.savingadvice.com/forums/i.../aktion033.gif
Enjoy the shopping experience, by now you are likely an excellent negotiator! You can walk away as many times as you like without losing face. It comes down the the difference between need and want! you want the car...they need the commission

You know, I noticed a few mahogany (more of a maroon color than a brown) and really loved it...but I think I will always gravitate toward silver, black and white.
