Has anyone here received funds from an estate (executor) whereby she figures the percentage for everyone and distributes the checks according to what she and her daughter says goes? There is a probate attorney who I thought would handle this. Just been informed by the executor that this is the way it will be handled. I know the attorney will only speak with the executor.
Case has been probated in a court of law. I am going to contact the court, but just thought I would ask of someone here who has received a distribution or distributions in the past from a Will.
