Made a pot of soup today

I love corn chowder - but you don't need sausage to add spice! I use diced green chilis or jalapenos. Yumm!

My favorite freezer soup is tomato made from the fresh tomatoes out of the garden. There is no canned version that can come close. We try to freeze enough for the winter but it never quite makes it.

I love to freeze many types of soups/stews/chili/etc.. It's a simple and quick meal that really satisfies on a winter day.
