I found that interesting too. Also, the international set has a completely different set of priorities - they'll take the small appliances, small enclosed kitchen, single bathroom - but they want big dining areas and terrances, etc. The program may be skewed a bit - seems to me most are looking for vacation type properties. And often, they are quite expensive.

Yes, I really don't see the need for a dining room. A separate room to house a table we rarely eat at is a waste of space. I will probably just convert ours into a computer room or extra room.
