I purchased hot cereal malt o meal recently and made it a couple times but for some reason it just didn't taste right and had a funny smell. So on Monday morning I decided to contact the company online. I filled out a basic complaint form and by that afternoon they sent me an email apologizing and saying they would send out a coupon for another box. I already received something from them in the mail (three days later) and they didn't just give me one free coupon, they gave me two!
