  • Heat savings and knowledge

I read a great idea: Bubble wrap applied to windows to prevent heat and cold exchange as well as allowing light in. My spouse is was a material manager and works in purchasing. I am having him check into the cost of bubble wrap. What do you all have to say on this?

I searched "supermaket psychology". Interesting. Worth your time.

I'll just put the clear plastic over the windows. It definately keeps the drafts out and you can still see through it.

I've also put the glazing on the windows. I think I paid about $30 for a roll at the hardware store. There's different styles. One for the privacy mirror effect and a few styles for stopping heat transfer and uv light. They were pretty easy to install, just 'glue' to window.
