      Hmmmm. I also have an AAS in business. I live in NY and thier a jobs here that pay close to that with no degree. i.e. my brother just started as a bakery clerk for $8.50 an hour with no prior experience. With FT opertunity in that industry you can make your way up to 15-20 dollars a FT career Bakery Clerk. I know right now jobs are tough but you can try starting off as a Temp where they usually start at 10 an hour and then you also have an oppurtunity to get hired even a month or two after you start a FT Salary rate. No offense but you are getting really underpaid for being at a factory for over 6 years. Is it union?

      Edit: I thought you were at $9 but see you are getting over 10. But still if you are FT in the retail industry you wouldnt be making less then 12.5 after 6 years.
