    Are you blaming poison ivy in your yard on the neighbor next door having weeds that somehow attracted poison ivy?

      ok i have a messy neighbor but I don't care. He is really helpful, hardworking and loans me tools i need but don't wanna buy for a one time use. I just plant lilacs so i don't gotta look at it. His clutter keeps property taxes down.
