  • Walgreens Ends its Easy Saver Rebate Proram.

I checked this morning and Walgreens sales format looks alot like CVS now You'll receive your money back on your next purchase. I called and the automated phone call said to call their 1-800 number concerning the end of the End of the Easy Saver Rebate Program.

Good. I never could remember to send the stuff in. I keep my CVS bucks in my coupon book and I never have trouble using those.

I did all of my rebates online throughout the month. I added in each receipt as they occurred.

I find it more difficult to have to go back to the store and buy more stuff just to get my money back whereas I spent the money, onlined the receipt and they sent me a check. Quick and simple.

Sometimes the problem that I have with CVS is that there is nothing that I want or need to buy to redeem my money. Just my thoughts.

wow that is very bad news to me. I have enjoyed walgreens program for years! Stuff is n't really "free" unless you work it to buy dollar for dollar what you got bucks for the first time.
I think they work it so you spend more of your own money by the way they space out the freebie amounts.
I did notice the freebies with the program were getting very slim anyway. They used to have more free stuff.
I wonder if rite aid will follow suit.

I think, it's only good if you need to buy something in the same or next week, because these cash rewards expire in like 2 weeks. Where gift card would never expire and you could use for free stuff only and never spend your own money, excep for the first time to start.

This way, people end up buying stuff they don't need or just forget to use the coupons before they expire.
