I've always been a big supporter of kiva.org which gives microloans to entrepreneurs in less developed nations - now you can earn $25 (or more) to help people out. I have done the process and can confirm that it works.
The great thing about this is that you get a free $25 gift certificate and make a loan (technically, you don't even have to make a loan - once you redeem the gift certificate you can place it into your paypal account), once the loan is paid back, you can choose to either loan it again or send it to your paypal account. You get $25 for doing good and it takes about 5 minutes to sign up if you don't have an account already.
If you have multiple family members who each have their own paypal account, you should be able to do this for each member meaning that a family of 4 can get $100 in about 20 minutes. Win - win situation that will (eventually) put some extra cash in your bank account.
