Anyone know what to do with dried milk? Someone gave me several bags of this stuff and I have no idea what I can do with it to make it useful.

you actually can make milk with it. It tastes alittle watery but it works in emergencies. you can also bake with it. and make homemade milk bathes

I use it for cooking. I have also used it for making cocoa when we were out of milk (ssshhh, don't tell the kids!).

I use it to mix in with my regular milk to stretch it, so it lasts longer. The kids don't know. I also make my own "Bisquick" mix, which uses the dried milk as well. Cooking and baking for sure. Yep, that blessing could be used to stretch that grocery budget if you needed too!!

I use this, but usually only make half the recipe. Use it just like you would use regular Bisquick.

                  Good luck!

Yep, you can store it in the cupboard. You can use tupperware if you have it. I just went to the dollar store and found a container large enough with a lid that snapped tight. I've been using this successfully for the past year. I make pancakes, waffles, biscuits, homemade pot pie.

And, if you look on that same website I gave you- you can find lots of other mixes and clone recipes!! It's a lot of fun going through.
