    It may not be as different as you think. There are lots of people who have made businesses out of the CVS and Walgreens type deals. Folks will get all the "free after ECB" deals and figure out how to combine sales and coupons and rebates to get stuff free or really cheap. Then they'll bundle stuff together and sell it on ebay. For example, they'll sell several bottles of shampoo or a bunch of razors or a dozen toothbrushes. So not everyone snapping up those deals is doing it for personal use.

          Yes, but what about ECBs or the catalina tapes for $ back? Can you get those if the sale is over (if you wait to redeem the raincheck until the next week)?

          My friend just told me that CVS will substitute like items. I'll check that out.

            No, at least at my Walgreens, you can't get the ECBs (or whatever Walgreens calls them)
