I know the lad is not going to respond because this was posted by jeffrey as he was sharing one of the emails he recieved. I just wanted to contribute my thoughts to the other posters who have commented.

While I agree with all the others regarding the attitude of this lad, what comes to my mind is that obviously his parents played a big role raising him. While the parents may realized that and now taking action to make him learn by booting him out , that is quite a sudden change and hard to grasp thinking that your parents are doing it out of love instead of spite because they did not prepare him in the first place.

This lad is having some major growing pains and maybe more so than the average young adults who in the process of moving out.

This person has seen too many late night infomercials on using OPM (other people's money). See, question-poster, even if you could use OPM to finance your new independent life, you have to have some kind of personal income of your own to qualify for it.

Perhaps you could find a roommate that will let you move in with just this month's rent. Warning - they'll want some again next month and every month thereafter ON TIME.

Otherwise you'll have to wait to move out until you have some dollars of your own banked to pay deposits on a rental unit and deposits at the utility companies. For someone such as yourself I'd suggest getting an all bills paid efficiency apartment until you can wrap your mind around what it means to be an independent financial grown-up.

Mommie & Daddy have raised you this far, now it's time to sink or swim on your ownsome! Good luck to you and let us know how the job search goes. You may have to sell your favorite CD or ipod to a friend or on ebay or craigslist, or something in order to buy a local newspaper to look at the jobs available in the want-ads or try an online search.

What job skills do you have? Are you a male or female? Can you babysit, type, or wait tables?

To fly, you've gotta jump out of the nest! You can do this!

(uh, besides it being a horrid & laughable idea, to sue someone I think a lawyer would want to be PAID! You'd need YOUR OWN cash for that.)
