My wife used to work with a woman who also worked part-time at their coffee counter. She said they were very good to work for, treated the employees well and were very flexible, allowing her to set her hours to accomodate her schedule at her full-time job. And I know a teen who was a cashier there for a couple of years and was very happy working there.
