question about mvelopes.com--any users out there?

I'm having trouble setting up my chase account through mvelopes. I had the same problem with mint. Has anyone had the same experience and know how to have the two connected? I went to my chase website and signed up to allow access, but no go.

What type of account is it? CC, checking, etc? I have a Chase CC and was able to link it with Mvelopes no problem. I did have to request that an ID number be sent to my personal e-mail, which I had to enter into Mvelopes. But the set up and everything went through without any problems.

I have checking, savings and credit with chase which all appear on my login page. I'll try again. Thanks!
