Here is my question: I have been employed full time for years. I have a bad back, ruptured disc, surgury all that....Now the pain is constant. So I was going to quit, my employer said I could go part time, 5 or 6 hour's a day. Full time, part time so to speak. I was told by a friend that if I work 30 hour's a week, that is considered full time. I should get holiday pay like every one else and all other benefit's. If less than 30, then no benefit's. Does any one know the correct answer. I went to the gov. site, but cannot make heads or tails on that site.
