There are 2 programs:
Application for Prohibitory Order
Application for Listing
If you are receiving unwanted sexually oriented advertisements coming
through the mail to your home or business there are these 2 programs
you can use to help protect yoursef & any eligible minor children.
Under the provisions of 39 USC 3008 you can request a Prohibitory
Order be issued against the mailer & the mailer's agents or assigns.
Under the provisions of 39 USC 3010 you can add yourself & any
children under age 19 the list the Postal Service maintains of person's
who do not wish to receive this type of mail
and I still cannot post urls so....
just add the http (preamble and) //www(in front of) usps.
(followed by) com/forms/(and then) _pdf/ps1500.pdf
