Journal link -- is it just my computer?

Hi! I was trying to post in my journal, but I keep getting an error message. I've tried a number of times through several different links. I've also closed my browser, then logged back in, but still am getting the same message. Is it just me?

Here is the message I'm getting:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare vbformatlastvisit() (previously declared in /home/saving/public_html/vb_ssi.php:17) in /home/saving/public_html/forums/journal.php on line 787
