I am not that impressed with CashCrate either. There are too many offers and some require you giving out your credit card information and in general just too much information. I had a voice message service added on to my telephone carrier and had to have it taken off. You have to be very careful how you answer these surveys.

I'm becoming very wary of surveys that ask the name of banks that you have accounts with and wanting to know how much money you have. Be very careful. I'm starting to think twice before I give out information.

I haven't answered anything I would be suspicious of yet. The only money questions I have had are the annual household income (which is on EVERY survey) and then on some surveys it asks something about have $10k invested. But, no specifics.

But, I'd be wary of those type of surveys too!

It's one thing for them to ask your opinion of something rather than asking you direct questions about your own personal life. So, if you start doing a survey and you're uncomfortable with the questions, just log off.

I have had good luck with cashcrate, it is one of my favorites. I agree you should never give out your bank info, I certainly don't. I also rarely ever do an "offer" unless it is something I'm really interested in. I just stick with the daily survey. Certain survey sites are just going to work better for some, than for others....
