Who buys a house without looking at the inside??

When the owners didn't want to let him inside for a look, that should have been a huge red flag.

I agree. He should have demanded to see the inside.
I guess he was a bit too trusting. I read the buyer got out of the deal.
Now the owners need to face the judge!

Wow, he plunked down 2.5 million in a foreclosure sale, sight unseen.

This guy had more dollars than sense.

Sad for the poor pets involved.

might as well have bought that house on the internet. It was a forclosure anyway so he likely got a good deal on it...suck it up.

There was a house sort of like that on Flip This House on A & E...it was a foreclosure and the buyer wasn't allowed inside. It was trashed with pet feces, food, insects. They had to hire a special group with special suits and masks to clean it out.

Hope the former owners and animal abusers get the book thrown at them!
