List your Favorite, and Least Favorite Chores

Favorite: Washing Dishes, Washing clothes, tidying up, organizing, cooking

Least Favorite: Weeding, ironing, anything involving car maintenance, iiiiiccckkk!

I can't really say I hate ironing, because like some other posters, I just don't do it. When my ex-BF moved out, he took his iron. I went out and bought a new one. Three years later, it's still in the box, never used. I keep thinking I should give it away on freecycle or craigslist but then I think "well, I'll want to iron something ... someday ... right???"

Favorites: yard work, cooking, dusting

Least favorites: cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming

I hate to iron. Not that fond of dusting either. Giving the dogs a bath is a bit hard on my back so I don't like it much.
I like laundry and baking. And I've grown more fond of making the bed. And playing with my budget since being on this forum.

Vaccuuming!! (I always loved watching the floor geting clean)
Dusting
Wiping down counters / washer & dryer
Steam Ironing


Least Favorite:

Putting up laundry
Washing my husbands work socks..bleh
Removing dog hair
Washing the toilet bowl on the outside

I surprised someone hasn't listed paying bills as their favorite chore, lol! Actually I look forward to checking off each receipt and clearing off the balances each month.

I agree with some of the others, my favorite chore is organizing.

I like mowing the lawn, but I hate doing weedwhacking. I like loading the dishwasher, but hate unloading the dishwasher. I like loading the laundry but hate unloading (folding) the laundry.

MY favorite chore??? Can you actually enjoy a 'chore' at all? o.0 Well, I suppose if the question were: What is the chore you despise the least? The answer would be doing the dishes...ahaha because that's what the dishwasher is for, as for the one I do hate the most, that is a tie between sweeping and mopping and folding laundry.

I am allergic to ironing so it doesn't even enter into the discussion as far as I am concerned!
My least favorite is probably dishes. I don't do them, my DH said when we got our little girl that he needed to take over the dishes and i didn't argue.
My favorite is probably laundry, at least washing and drying it. Sorting and putting away is another thing entirely.
Cooking and baking isn't a chore to me. I love doing it and would like to do more, especially since I don't have to clean up now!
