  • Alternative to coupon books?

    Hey guys,

I like my coupon books, I used the Entertainment book to save money at local places and it's great but I've recently started to wonder if there is an alternative out there that all of that coupon clipping can be simplified and made easier. I've been doing a ton of searching on online to see if there is like a discount card that can be used to get discounts on everything? I think it would be a ton better and easier if all discounts were on a plastic card?

Reason it got me thinking is I read an article online about 2 months ago that there was a competitor to Entertainment Book coming out with a discount savings card that would be accepted nationwide. If i remember right, it was supposed to be a lot of the same deals like Entertainment coupons but just need the discount card to redeem the discount.

I've bought my entertainment book for 3 years in a row now and end up throwing it away at end of year. If you think about it, Entertainment book prints probably hundred thousand books a year,if not more, thats a lot of treest.

Have you guys heard of anything like that or anywhere you can point me?

    restaurant.com

this online site has only a few restaurants (if any, depends on where you live) ...

coupon books aren't a bargain they once were,
so the best thing is just discover places that give you the most for your
    dining dollar, i'd say ~

Coupon books would not do me any good. We do not live near any major dining places.

Ok. I know this is a pretty old topic, but another one is Enjoy the City. I've had their's in the past. It's mostly restaurants here in Atlanta.

I think many discount cards are coming that will replace coupons.

I am in a rebates program for absolutely everything I purchase. This company is launching a Card too... one month from now I think.

You can choose to get a discount for your puchases or refer to others and get more rebates. It's free to get one: $0 initial fee and $0 monthly fee.

          It's my link below,

See, Forum Rules do now allow us to have affiliate programs in signatures but I think they did let this pass. It's no money request and perfectly fit with the Forum Subject. This is for Savings.

Give it a try, suscribe for free and get discounts. No membership fee here.

You see, this is the future World's coupons Book but cost nothing at all.
