Hey, others called you to task on this at least
I listed and gave an analogy of my reasoning.
And I did not slur your character or accuse
you of spamming. I was just led to your
website with that teaser statement and
there you write about why people are
working as greeters for Wal Mart when
they could have money doing doing this
scheme. I got a bit ruffled at that and
no I am not a Wal Mart Greeter either.
I worked in real estate and have a home
and my father has several properties, one
of which he has rented out for years.
It is not the gravy train you sellers of these
programs make it out to be. It can be a
side investment but will not make the average
joe rich.
And no, my husband does not like doing house
repair work each weekend, the yard keeps him
busy enough.
I will state again, to have the tools yourself,
supplies and/or repairmen is a cost and I
think yours is a lucky low estimate - many houses
need far more. Also termite problems and
foundation problems call for professionals
also - not just neighborhood handymen or
friends who have a toolbelt.
You also leave out the reality of renters not being
perfect renters not bothering/breaking anything
and themselves not losing their job (in your
area you buy in this is happening) and begging
the landlord for a reprieve on the rent that month...
or worse, you have to start the long eviction process
when they can't pay and won't leave.
Again, you make this all look way to easy. If you
have yourself worked this out and not run into these
problems then fine, more power to you. Don't pick
me out to debate with as this is my last post to you
on this thread.
