aurielle: try going to the main savingadvice.com page and logging in from there instead of from the login area at the top of the forums. don't know why, but that's worked in the past for me and another member...

Thanks Tina, I just tried it and it still didn't work. I can get into all the other forums except Investing and Banking. It will let me read the last post in that forum when I click on it. Weird.

I recall a separate thread earlier about this issue. Apparently, nate delibrately locked it out (which would generate the 403: Forbidden error) due to the fact that something inside the forum is bringing down the entire site. Exactly what that is, though, I have no idea at this time. I asked for a response, but haven't gotten one yet.
The bottom line though is that it's not you. We're all locked out (well, dunno about mods) and will remain so until nate or jeffrey tells us otherwise.Comment
