  • E-mails?

I'm sure someone knows the answer to this. I am getting tons of e-mails from Saving Advice everytime someone posts a response in one of the threads that I had previously posted in. Although it comes in handy right after I post something, I'm getting e-mails about the same thread that I posted in 3 months ago. I'd rather just turn this off, does anyone know how?

    Re: E-mails?

Each of the emails like this I get have these two options listed in them. You would need to choose one.

"Click here to stop receiving notifications for this blog entry:"

"Click here to stop receiving notifications for all blog entries:"

Oh and when you read and comment in the blog area itself there is a little box you can check on/off to read/NOT read the future replies.

I believe the OP is speaking of thread replies, not blog entries.

          Go to "My Control Panel"

          Click on "Edit Options"

Scroll down to the section: "Default Thread Subscription Mode"

And select to either not subscribe to threads automatically or to not receive e-mail notifications.

the emails for thread replys have the same two links...but they say 'stop being subscribed or something'

if you want to just get rid of the old ones, I do that.
