Did anyone see the CNN special " How to Rob a Bank "
It was on last week and they rebroadcast again today.
Wow! It was good. I watched it twice.
Not that I am going to go out and rob a bank! No way!!!

Just so much info on that show and a real good reminder to either opt of of those CC offers or shred them.

At the end of the show they talked about banks selling people info and not everyone knows they can opt out of this selling of your info.
I called my bank USAA and asked if they sold info about me. As always the person on the other end of the phone was friendly and helpful. He said USAA does not sell members info. He even watched the CNN special!

But at the same time, if they don't let the American public know about this stuff, we can't force the government or corporations to change it. It's a catch 22.

I didn't see it last night, but I saw it when it first aired. Scarey stuff!

I was amazed with how much info they shared on the way the crimals do things. I'm not going to do this however it would have made it a lot easier if I had followed there instructions.

I completely understand that POV, especially when they talk about how underfunded our troops are, with no body armour, etc...

I completely understand that POV, especially when they talk about how underfunded our troops are, with no body armour, etc...

My husband is in the Army and has been to Iraq. All troops have body armour and their vehicles have all been up armoured as well. Keep this in mind, as we get to election time. The failings of the past on this issue have been corrected based on his experience.

Anything about anything can be found on the Internet by anyone with half a mind to anyway. CNN may have done a nice job compiling the data but it is by no means new information.

I just think that TV gives way too much info!! People learn how to rob a bank,murder and get away with it, embezzle, etc. etc.!!! It's amazing the information that is freely out there!
