If I have extra left I keep, cause most places will throw them away. I wouldn't want to get something from someone's left overs. Most people are trustworthy and wouldn't do anything to the packets...but there's always that one person, somewhere's.

Plus, if I reach into the bin for the packets, I want nice, new, shiney ones...not ones that have germs all over them.
