i would look at getting a different car. if you have a skill that you can do at home, like i do web design when i have time and that brings in money. can you buy some things from a garage sale or cheaply and put them on ebay? can you babysis someone eles kid or walk a dog for a fee. can you sew? pet sit? clean house? clean an office? do some home typing for a writer or transcrible some notes for an attorney. get a website and open up your own business. it can be anything.

oh you can cut your grocery bill by buying gift cards for yourself and only spending that on groceries. if you buy two gift cards for 200, then once it's gone, no more groceries until next month. this might help with over spending. you might not need 300 of groceries. try costco too and get extra napkins when you eat out at fast food places.
