    You must be my DH's long lost twin brother. Because this is what he does, I rarely have anything left over long enough to go bad to begin with. Very little food waste in my home!

      I guess I am too tight?? I find it wasteful to buy soda. I maybe get it 4-5 times a year (generic at that) for when the girls have slumber parties-or the store has it on 10 for $10 sale.

        Broken Aroow! That is soooo good!
        It is sooo hard to even find a bottle of soda pop that is sitting around not empty at my home. We do not buy it very often either so I am afriad the boys do as you do, gulp it down, burp like real big like them of course one last thing. They grade there burps! LOL

          I hate wasting bread, so I throw the old stale bread around the yard. Something always eats it!

              If you and dh like bread pudding, stale bread is excellent for that. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and ham or bacon if you like with the stale bread and put in fridge overnight. Bake at 350 until the mixture is cooked all the way through. The foodnetwork has an excellent recipe by Emeril.
