Hi! I know I haven't posted in awhile.
But this morning I was clicking on some of my Mypoints email offers, and it kept saying that "sorry this offer is not available." So, I tried to check my account balance to see if I still had gotten the points for the offers.
When I submitted my name and password, it came back with the message that my account had been locked!!! I have almost 9,000 points! I tried several times after that, and it came back with the message that "there are errors in your submissions". So, I tried the "forgot password" and it came back that there "are errors in your submission."
I tried contacting customer service, but I couldn't do that without being signed in!!
I know I haven't done anything against the TOS, so I'm really hoping this is just a glitch in the system, and that maybe others are having the same problems.
