  • Anyone else having problems with Mypoints?

    Hi! I know I haven't posted in awhile. But this morning I was clicking on some of my Mypoints email offers, and it kept saying that "sorry this offer is not available." So, I tried to check my account balance to see if I still had gotten the points for the offers.

    When I submitted my name and password, it came back with the message that my account had been locked!!! I have almost 9,000 points! I tried several times after that, and it came back with the message that "there are errors in your submissions". So, I tried the "forgot password" and it came back that there "are errors in your submission."

    I tried contacting customer service, but I couldn't do that without being signed in!!

    I know I haven't done anything against the TOS, so I'm really hoping this is just a glitch in the system, and that maybe others are having the same problems.

    hey, nice to see you again! It's been a while since we've seen your name
    I have not had any problems yet - I have a much smaller balance (less than 3000 points), but I haven't tried to redeem anything either. Do they have a 1-800# you can call?

      prolly a glitch, I would hunt up an email for them (try an old email from them, smewhere in the fine print) I haven't recieved any, and I usually get 2-6 a day, so I am guessing system down.

      least I would email if I had 9000 points..I only have 760, and am not to worried, that half hour of clicking links over the last month might be a waste but Ill live.

        Mine is working fine-I can log in, and I also just did a 5 pt email link.

              Thanks everybody! I'll email them and see if I can figure out what is going on. I got 3 bonus mails from them yesterday, which are the ones I was trying to click on this morning.

              Hopefully it is just a glitch! I am almost ready to start redeeming for Christmas gifts, so I better not lose all my points!

                Perhaps it will, in fact, be resolved soon, however, I have seen several complaints online in the past few days, including people who have had their accounts revoked and/or have lost accumulated points with, according to them, little or no explanation.

                I expect that it is something that will be resolved and/or the aforementioned persons violated TOS in some way. Still, I wouldn't put much of anything past MyPoints. They have a history...

                  This whole post made me nervous. I just cashed out 1500 points for a gift card. It worked fine for me - I hope everyone else is back up and running soon.

                    Update: I tried logging in this morning and was able to get in just fine with no problems. I also had all of my points (except for the emails I read yesterday - about 20 points worth!) I think I'll be cashing out a bit earlier than I had planned - just in case. The last time I cashed out I got my gift cards in less than 10 days (business) so I know they're good on that.

                      I too have problems with mypoints

                      Yep, I am completly locked out from mypoints. I still get emails for bonuses but earlier this week when I clicked on them it said website under construction now when I click it does nothing. I'm a bit concerned as I've got 12,000 points. E-mailed them this morning waiting for reply. Anyone have an 800 number for them??
