What forum can I lay it all out in?

So that I can get the best all around advice?

Like the things I have, CD's, stocks, etc. And percentages we are putting away, etc.

If it covers a range of issues, the personal finance forum would be the most accurate place - it would also do fine here. If you want to break it down to specific areas (investing, budgeting, frugality) then those categories would be best. No matter where you put it, I'm sure that you'll find support and opinions for the questions you have.
