  • Re-use your toilet paper

Sorry, after the coffee grounds, I just couldn't resist.

You joke, but I remember an episode of "Extreme Cheapskates" where someone was peeling apart two-ply toilet paper so they could double the amount.

Of course that really makes no sense because then you just need twice as much to do the job.

I always hate when I go into a public restroom and the tp is super thin and I have to pull off a dozen sheets to accomplish what 2 sheets would do at home. Is the place really saving any money that way?

      * Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.
      * Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?
      * There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.

Or the one where the husband and wife shared dental floss. I didn't see them rinse it between uses, either. I actually gagged.

I reused my coffee grounds for the first time a few days ago out of sheer laziness. It tasted the same to me but I make my coffee outrageously strong to begin with. Lesser coffee drinkers would instantly lose their stools if they drank my brew.

Like those silly paper towel dispensers that do the same.

I used to work alongside a colleague at another co. and we would go on sales calls together. He absolutely would not do the number two anywhere but his home because of the sort of thing you mention. So we might have to cancel an appointment and driver 45 miles to his house each way if he felt the urge.

Pierce, its an inside joke. Nobody is seriously advocating reusing toilet paper.
