You are not actually addicted, the caffeine binds to adenosine receptors but the receptors are pretty important so more are needed to get the job done. When you quit coffee, you suddenly have an over-supply of adenosine receptors causing all sorts of issues (including headaches). Eventually, life goes back to normal - either you go back to drinking coffee or the receptors fade leaving only enough to get their job done.

There's not enough convincing in the world to get me to do that - sorry. Saving a few cents isn't worth the watered-down coffee to me.

But you know a good way to reuse coffee grounds? Throw them in your garden. Coffee grounds are stock full of Nitrogen so it makes for a fantastic fertilizer. I mean - you were just going to throw it away anyway, right? If you're going to throw it in your compost, keep in mind that it's considered a "green compost," despite the fact that it's not green.

I've found a use for my old coffee grounds. My blueberry plants love them. The grinds keep the soil nice and acidic for them.

I planted 8 bushes this year. All are doing well and should hopefully bear fruit soon.

Come on, this is a bit much.

I suppose you use both sides of the toilet paper too?
