  • Toothpaste Mints

So, I just say this suggestion that if you are short on money, you should freeze a tube of toothpaste and then slice it into thin circles and serve to your guests as after dinner mints instead of regular dessert. No, seriously

    Too frugal?

This is such a good idea, but how do they taste? I think I'd be ok giving them out but wouldnt eat them myself!

You do realize that on most tubes of toothpaste it says "do not swallow"

Dental fluorosis and flouride poisoning to name two. If you can't afford after dinner mints just say you are not serving any, better than knowingly poisoning your guests.

Sorry, I am not sure I'd want to try that. Toothpastes aren't healthy when you swallow them.
