  • Bill paying

I sit down every tuesday to pay my bills. I have found a little computer program (unfortunately only in french but here it is anyway: budget express). It lets me enter all of my income and all my expenses. Every tuesday I sit down, check my monthly bank statement on the internet and check what has happened this week. My bills are all entered and I often pay them before receiving the actual bills since I know when they are due and always pay them in advance.

Now, I only have to figure out how to lower my bank fee since I use my debit card way too much and end up paying between 6-12$ a month in fees.

    Alexandra,

Would you happen to have a link to that program? Is it free or is there a fee?

I just looked it up on the internet. It is available in english. I bought it at office depot for about 20$. I have found a link that describes the product:

It is extremely easy to use, gives you nice graphs that help you see what pecentage each expenses uses of your budget. It is a really good program!

You can probably find at at office depot or other home/office product stores!

I did a quick Internet check...it doesn't appear that it is available on eBay at the moment, but it is available at Amazon.com

I hope it was okay that I talked about it. I do not mean to make publicity for it. i am sure that other programs are equally as good but this one has worked for me. I can't say it has saved me money yet but it sure put all my bills and expenses into perspective, letting me know how much I spend and how much I can cut and where!

            Alexandra,

Thank you for your response and the links. It is always good to hear people's opinions of different products. Is anyone using a good free budget program? If there are a few free ones out there I would like to try some of those out.
