Cheapest Cell Phone Family Plan

I feel that I'm paying too much for the cell phones in my household. I'm paying 250 a month for 4 lines, and my contract will be up in February so I can save some money there. I'm paying for 3 lines on Sprint and one on Virgin Mobile at the moment.

I can get discounts from work. These apply only to the main portion
ATT - 25%
Sprint/Nextel - 20%
TMobile - 25%
Verizon - 20%

From what I gather TMobile's value family plan would be my best bet. I don't care about having the latest phones, but at least some Android smart phones would work for me.

I just did the price planning for T-Mobile.

Some lines with 2 gb of data others with 200 mb and others with none.
Free minutes T-Mobile to T-Mobile
Free nights and weekends

It was about 130 bucks after my work discount.

Can I do better with a service like Ting? The issue I have with Ting is I need to buy phones, and I have my parents on the plan. They are older and it's much easier for them to deal with one of the big companies, since they don't live in the same city as me. Thoughts?
