Yes, I know a bit about Tracfone. I've been doing the research. Here's the deal from what I know. First of all, you get the same name brand phones you get from the big contract providers like Verizon, so these phones aren't junk. There are a lot of articles about pre-paid you can read, but the short version is Tracfone service averages under $7 a month. It's easy enough to find more information if you're serious about saving on your cel phone bill. Major newspapers often have some information about pre-paid. Plus you can check the provider sites.
