I've seen couponbug.com advertised on T.V. around here. I've looked at it, but I don't print any because our local grocery stores won't accept Internet coupons.
The local paper's inserts also have websites, you might try them as well. And, many of the manufacturers are offering coupons for their products so you might look them up as well to see if they have coupons you can use.
You can print the smartsource coupons that come in the Sunday paper on the Internet. If your local grocery store doesn't accept printed coupons, you can get printable coupons by mail
Am I allowed to mention my own website? It's all about printable coupons, and not just groceries. I have coupons for Home Depot, Bath & Body Works, and lots more. Oh, and they are free to print.

Here in England we don't go much on coupons, we have more offers in the shops. These are multibuys, buy 2 get 1 free, bogof's - buy one get one free or simple reductions.
I have often seen something on bogof e.g. dishwasher tablets, and when I price them up I find they are still more expensive than the supermarket own brand.
I wonder if that is the same in the USA? I only buy special offers when it is something I buy anyway, there are not many branded items I do buy, so it isn't often I go for the offers.

We have special offers in the stores all the time. By combining, coupons & the sales in the store, you can maximize savings.
Sometimes the sales here in the US are still more expensive than the store brand. But, if you have a coupon as well, you usually will pay less for the name brand than you would for the store brand.
