I have a dilemma maybe you can help me with.
On my screened porch i have a nice black wrought-iron hanging candelebra that holds about 10 candles, the kind that are relatively narrow, maybe 3/4 inch in diameter, and about 6 inches high.
The problem is that in the summer the afternoon sun gets so warm in theree that the candles actually partially melt (!), sag and eventually fall out of their holders as they lose their shape.
I like the look of candles in the candelebra, but i don't intend to ever burn them and as i said, they tend to melt.
does anyone have an idea of some sort of replacement i could put in there that would like white candles, either something relatively cheap to buy or something i could make that wouldn't look dumb?
