  • DO you have a price book template to share?

I've come to the conclusion that I'm probably NOT as good keeping a mental list of prices as I'd like to think and decided to try my hand at keeping a grocery price book. I want to do this in Excel.

Does anyone have a template they can share with me? Or, can you direct me to one online? I imagine there's no need to re-invent the wheel for this!

I downloaded the free template from "The Uncommon Way to Wealth" web site, but I'm having trouble modifying it, and unlike the example page, the spreadsheet I downloaded doesn't have a column for product size.

    Thanks!

threebean, what are you wanting to include in the sheet? my price book doesn't include sizes, but i can make a copy and include any extra columns you're looking for...

I'm looking for a way to list items, size (so you can compare a 8oz package to a 32 oz package), price, store name, and best unit price at any store. BUT --with that said, if something else works for you, then veteran proce book users probably now better than I do! I'm all ears!

I started making one myself. My column names are:
Item, Size, Price at Store A, Price at Store B, Price at Store C, Price at Store D [A,B,C,D correspond to the 4 stores I can frequent in my area] and best unit price.
