Preserving foil packets of beauty samples

I have several foil packet samples of a cream that costs $300 an ounce (which thankfully I did not have to pay for).

Those creams are extremely concentrated, and I feel that a packet can last me two weeks. I need to find a way to preserve them after opening them so they don't spoil.

The last time someone gave me a foil packet sample of a really expensive cream my hubby thought it was worthless after being opened and threw it away. GRRR......

get a little plastic box with a lib or something that you can clearly mark NOT FOOD and keep them in the fridge. if your DH is like my DH, the chances of him throwing out something in the fridge are slim to none, plus the cold helps keep certain cosmetics fresh. lidded or airtight is important to keep scents from cosmetics & food intermingling.

You could put it in a ziploc bag after opening.

Funny that you would mention your husband threw away your sample. My brother threw away my fathers bleu cheese, because he thought it was rotton - and thus worthless.

ziploc it! that way you can put all of your samples in one bag - provided they are the same.
