    Find physical activities that are free. Making use of a high school track and field area or a park for instance. Walk or bike to destinations when practical and safe

    Eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive. Buy in bulk, meal prep, freeze items. Generally, cooking is cheaper and healthier than eating out

    You can find a lot of gym equipment used online that is like new. Often at a deep discount from new

    Many supplements and vitamins can be unnecessary if you eat a balanced diet

    Watch caffeine intake and make sure to get enough sleep

    Also - exercise reduces stress, so try and get in at least 5000 steps a day, or whatever your body responds to.
