What sunglasses to buy

I'd like to buy something cheap ($30-40), but with good lenses. I've googled it, but there are so many brands, and don't know what to choose? Empyre, SensoLatino, Gemini, Lulu, Tifosi Optics and so on.

I get my prescription glasses from zennioptical.com. They are not a part of the Luxxotica umbrella, which is basically what you want to do to avoid. Zenni Optical is a separate entity based in China. I can vouch that they at least make a half-way decent product that delivers on time. Prices are fairly decent.
