Does this ever happen to you/re: notifications

I will get an email notification for a new post to a thread I've commented in, but when I click the link in the email to come to the post it's not there? I can see in the email what the person said but it's not added to the discussion page, why?

It's not that there was anything bad in the post that it wouldn't make it thru filters?

I've noticed this happening sometimes does anyone have an explanation?

More often than not, it's someone who is posting just so they can reach the 15 minimum to post a link in order to spam the forums -- if we see that happening, we delete all their posts and why the post would be gone when you go even though it appears to be an OK post.
