In this day and age, I find it hard to believe that there isn't at least one, and likely multiple, security camera covering that area. There must be hours of surveillance that could be reviewed to find when the bombs were placed.

I suspect we aren't hearing the whole story. I'm not suggesting that we should. I'm a firm believer in letting law enforcement do its job without sharing all of the details of their investigation with the public. Hopefully, there is evidence we don't know about and leads being pursued that we haven't been told about.
