    Here are 7 Stupid Health Mistakes. They seems little but their effects are so dangerous. So try to overcome them.
    1. Skipping Breakfast.
    2. Sabotaging Your Skin for a Little Color.
    3. Smoking.
    4. Skipping the Weights.
    5. Avoiding the Dreaded Doc.
    6. Not Getting Enough Sleep.
    7. Drinking your Calories.

    I agree. Skipping breakfast is a big mistake a lot of people make! A lot of people don't understand that this fuels you throughout your day. A healthy and balanced breakfast is also key to losing weight.

        Yes, I agree with all of them. Now a days, people have less sleep for the work pressure. It's harmful.

          In this fast growing and running life people tend to always ignore their health and fail to get their diet balanced which is the worst thing as far as the health and body is concerned, if you skip your meals or breakfasts, you are creating a havoc for your health internally as well as externally, suffering with constipation, Acidity, Stomach Upsets, and many other diseases.

                Hello!

                Thanks to you for sharing this. Skipping the breakfast is like a small thing but its effect on health its very bad.So I don't skip the break fast.

                  8. Drinking alcohol
                  9. Having unnecessary surgery

                      Agreed. The really sad thing is that when you do one of these behaviors the rest tend to follow until you're stuck in an unhealthy rut. The best thing to do is schedule out your meals and routines so you can feel great physically and mentally all week.

                        Fad Diets.
                        Magical Thinking.
                        Stress eating (which is also bad for your wallet).

                        I know its indicated below, but too much sun. My new goal is to never get a sunburn again.
