The haters generally describe it as soapy or metallic, while those who love it describe it as fresh, herbal, green, and heavenly.
I love the stuff on virtually all foods: Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Egyptian, Tex Mex, salads.
Those that do not like it: I actually feel a little sorry for them, because they're missing out on an entire taste dimension that cannot be paralleled. Kind of like trying to describe the beauty of a rainbow or breathtaking painting to someone who is color blind.
